      Financial Workbench

      Financial Workbench is a web based reporting system which provides summarised financial reports based on Funds Management (FM) and Controlling (Co) data of SAP system to authorised users within Monash University.

      Financial Workbench:

      • Provides trend reports on six years of historical data.
      • Produces summarised reports containing both actuals and budget.
      • Generates monthly and year-end forecasts of Co data for faculties, schools and cost centers based on business rules and well known statistical methods.
      • Provides template with data populated from SAP Co to assist in preparing budgets.
      • Generates staff reports aggregated in Full-time Equivalence (FTE) by Cost Center for budgeting and forecasting.
      • Allows you to look at codes, structures and descriptors as set up in SAP.
